The Pharmacist complained that the 111 service had referred us to the store and refused to help. He simply said you need to see a doctor and made it clear he was not going to help. I understand his frustration that the 111 service is giving him extra work but it is rather poor to take his frustrations out on people who feel.unwell, and are feeling low already. Not a good bedside manner at all.....
