I am writing this email because of the service I received on Friday 11th June, I was suffering badly with hay fever, my doctor rang me at about 1.30pm prescribed medication but asked me not to collect it till about 5.30 as they were very busy, so I went to lie down because I felt so ill,I fell asleep, when I woke it was 5.50 so I was to late to get my presentation which was entirely my fault but expected it to be ready first thing in the morning, so at 9.20 they gave me the tablets & said they had not got the eye drops which I was annoyed about because the prescription went to them the day before, they said they would try & get it in the afternoon & would I ring later, I rang at 4pm & was told, yes the drops are here but not ready yet so I said I will come over at 5.30 which I did & when I asked for them I was told they did not have them, so I said yes you have you just told me you had them at 4pm but it was not ready & the women I spoke to earlier on the phone said ,well there not here, then an argument started between us, she just kept saying there not here & waving her arms around & wouldn't look at me & I new they were there, & we started arguing someone else came from out the back looking on sheets of paper & said yes they are here, so they both disappeared in the back & a young man came out with my drops, I said to him quite calmly, why have i been told lies, I should of had these drops last night anyway, & because I was asking him the pharmacist came out & she was making allsorts of excuses, I had waited over 24 hours for that prescription & I was in a bad way with banging head ache & runny & sore eyes & sneezing. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this chemist, tell me they have not received my prescription & telling me to ring my doctor about it then the doctor tells me they have got it, that has happened several times, the people that work there are so rude & have a bad attitude. I don't enjoy complaining & I know how busy the chemist can get but there is no need to treat a woman of 75 years old that way. I would very much like a reply please.
