Didn't have the meds I required, was told they'd be in the following day, went back to be told meds were in but had lost the script, went back again and was now told they have the script but meds were not delivered to them. Was asked to leave my mobile number as the meds would be in later that day and no call back, went back 2 days later to be told we have lost the script and no longer know what meds you require, said they called my GP to question the meds, and then implied this was somehow my GPs fault!?? Now I have no meds that I rely on and no script that I can take elsewhere. This is ridiculous I trust these people with my health and they let me down, with not so much of a phone call to let me know what's happening, I guess they lost the bit of paper they wrote my number on too! Maybe tomorrow they will find my number but loose their phone..... This poor management has the potential to endanger peoples health how can this be acceptable?

This pharmacy shouldn't be allowed to operate. Absolutely useless. I waited 7 days for my heart tablets to be delivered only to be told that they no longer deliver. And of course no one informed me of this. How was I to know. I had to go to the shop because it was impossible to get though on the telephone. And guess what there was no one serving. Five people scurrying around at the back of the shop with three customers being totally ignored. Each and every time my wife has been to the shop she says this is normal. The way this company operates shows that they wont be in business much longer at this rate. My wife and I have now decided to order our repeat prescriptions on line (which I have been told) is a much better service. The lady in the shop says I should have more patience and understanding. Patience and understanding does not deliver my heart tablets on a regular basis. Please 'steer' clear of this pharmacy.
