Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

My pripction should be delivered after being with no tablets i had to get cab down n back costing 15 pound only to be told after 2 weeks waiting my pripction was not ready call back i insisted on waiting an waited 15 minutes and looking at the que was nearly out door n nit moving what a way of treating ill people | |||||||

We take this feedback seriously and the Regional Manager, who is responsible for pharmacies in the area, has already been informed of your comments. The Regional Manager has informed us the branch is understaffed due to a few of the regular branch team being away at the moment. There has been additional support put into the branch including relief managers and dispensers, we will continue to work closely with the branch until the situation improves. The staff at the pharmacy are always excellent in chasing up my prescriptions from the GP when they are delayed. Lovely staff and friendly staff overall with an excellent pharmacy manager to lead.
