Have to say this is by far the best pharmacy in town. Staff are amazing. Friendly happy and genuine. My perscriptions are always ready and on the occasion I've had to wait done very quickly. The whole team deserve a medal. For ive seen customers be unreasonable about the time they have had to wait. 10 minuets is nothing when you think about the amount of peoples prescriptions this pharmacy deals with.

I have never once come here and my prescription be ready and waiting. I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for them to “get it ready” regardless of how long ago I put in the request. I always wait the 3 working days, if not more, and when I go in I always have to wait for them to prepare my prescription.
Today the duty doctor put in an emergency prescription for me and said it would be 2 hours or less. I gave it 3 hours. When I came in they said they hadn’t had it. They then checked after I insisted and said it had only just come in and I had to wait 10 minutes. Bearing in mind I am in a lot of pain this is really not ideal and just sloppy service.
The staff are friendly but I do not understand why they consistently fail to prepare orders on time. Original Comment Report...
