I have never once come here and my prescription be ready and waiting. I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for them to “get it ready” regardless of how long ago I put in the request. I always wait the 3 working days, if not more, and when I go in I always have to wait for them to prepare my prescription. Today the duty doctor put in an emergency prescription for me and said it would be 2 hours or less. I gave it 3 hours. When I came in they said they hadn’t had it. They then checked after I insisted and said it had only just come in and I had to wait 10 minutes. Bearing in mind I am in a lot of pain this is really not ideal and just sloppy service. The staff are friendly but I do not understand why they consistently fail to prepare orders on time.
