I have used this pharmacy for years but over the past two years it has become steadily worse. Medicines are rarely ready, give the doctor and pharmacy 7 days and you still are told it is not ready or the laughable "we are just doing it now" and it will be 10-15 minutes. Last time I asked if it was company policy to wait until the customer arrived before starting. It is simply unacceptable to be told to come back tomorrow when you have already made a special visit to collect your medicine. In frustration I have changed to "Well" but if these reviews are correct I'll be in the same boat. We shall see!

Prescription ordered ten days ago and I still haven’t received all the medication. Have visited the pharmacy four times so far but still waiting for the balance of the prescription. Was told that the reason was that they were short staffed and when I asked to speak to the pharmacist I was told that they were too busy to speak to me. Looking at the reviews for various branches it seems to be a widespread problem. I also note that Lloyds NEVER acknowledge these reviews so it’s unlikely anything will change. How on earth do they keep the NHS contract with a record like that?

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in Essex! Script supposed to be delivered. No hope. Some lame excuse every time. Every person we speak to in the shop( customers) all have the same comment about how terrible the shop is. Staff don't have a clue. Longest waiting time EVER to get served. Best possible recommendation. GO ELSWHERE and suggest Lloyds head office investigate this branch!!!
