I took my repeat script into my local pharmacy on a Wednesday AM and as there were several customers waiting to be served I placed it in the box provided for repeats. Went in the following Monday PM to be told they had no record of it but perhaps the full script would return from the Surgery next day. I then rang my Surgery and was told they had no record of it either but would EPS my request immediately so that it would be ready for Wednesday collection. Went in Wednesday PM to be told they had now received the script but it had not been dispensed could I call back later which I did. When I asked the assistant why they had no record of my repeat I was told that it was not put in until Monday!. Not true. It was then explained that some days the driver misses the box collection. But is it his fault if it is missed 3 days in a row and even though the shop is open on a Saturday it is classed as a non working day.I will now revert to a manual system of delivery and collection for my repeats. Very Unhappy.
