Went to pharmacy today for my son's epipen with second RD but the pharmacist refuse to give the medication out as they haven't had the RA and send it to PPA. Well the RA was given to them during first dispensing of RD and they can find this on their records. My concerns are how come one can send RA for claim without completing all the repeats (RD). And why the other steps was not being take by the pharmacist or staff to call the GP for the request of reprint of RA and not even tried PPA. They just said they can't do anything. What if it was an emergency? I find it very unprofessional and I am very upset.
