I have my prescriptions on a weekly basis requested once a month. After eighteen months of trying to get them to order this for me and repeatedly not having it done or done late or done incorrectly I gave up. Now I request my own prescriptions from the surgery and get them sent electronically to this phamracy. They still can't cope with this system and do not seem to understand how it worls. I took two hours trying to sort this out today only to be told at the end of it that they didn't have one item. Had to go elsewhere and it was sorted in five minutes avoid this pharmacy if you can.
