My wife and I have been using the pharmacy for over 30 years, ever since we moved to Charlton Kings. In the last few years we have become very dependent on the services offered, particularly in the dispensing of prescriptions from our GP clinic. The staff have a very friendly, approachable manner and go out of their way to help us when we need additional assistance or advice on treatment, more frequent now that we have entered our 70s. The other advantage is that it is only 10 minutes walk from our home. Thoroughly recommended.

We use Charlton Pharmacy a lot as it’s our local pharmacy and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with a personal service. Our most recent visit was for my son who had developed a tooth abscess which we thought was just an inflamed mouth ulcer. I took my son into the pharmacy just to get general advice about how to treat the ulcer. They had a look and advised us to take him to the dentist to check in case it was a tooth problem. When we took him to the dentist that afternoon it was soon discovered that he had an abscess which needed immediate treatment to avoid the infection spreading and making him very ill. So I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, expertise and care that we received from the pharmacy as they prevented a much worse situation. When we returned to the pharmacy later that date with the prescription for antibiotics, again the staff were very attentive and genuinely cared about how my son was. I can’t thank them enough for the service they provide.
