Always order repeats on their own website for delivery. Website gives you a date to expect delivery. EG ordered online Thursday last week, website says expect on Monday. Monday comes and goes so call them Tuesday, they say will be delivered Thursday so full week to process and deliver. Anyway finally agree delivery for Wednesday (today). As of yet not arrived (5.45pm) and they close early on Wednesday's. Previous repeats late, blame the surgery, out of stock. As for fact their own website gives an ETA, at the actual pharmacy they say it means nothing as they don't see it. Something surely wrong with the system.

Cannot reach chemist by phone to ask for a repeat prescription. If you get an answer, you are put on hold and then call is finally cut off. I then went to chemist in person to be told that I cannot ask for a repeat prescription (which is essentially the same as phoning for a repeat prescription which is accepted). I have now registered with Standish pharmacy. The staff at Cohens are far from helpful and definitely not professional in their approach to customer care, essentially safeguarding of elderly and vulnerable and in general attitude to serving the public. These staff are employed to serve the public and seem to show no courtesy or regard to customer welfare. They need to recognize that they are representing a well established professional company and should buck their ideas up and raise their expectations or find other employment that would suit their attitudes.

The customer service is appalling . They always owe you something never enough stock . Had too call in three times for my partners prescription and it still was ready . Only one person serves and the rest just look at you like you are vermin not customers . Doesnt deserve 1 star
