The customer service is excellent, borne by the pharmacists showing personal interest in the welfare of their customers. My personal experience demonstrates this: My 88y old mother required emergency supplies of medication in packs required to be given by the Carers. On mum's discharge from hospital, the completed pack was posted by hand by the pharmacist, waiting on mum's arrival home. Concerned that there was only a week's emergency supply, the pharmacist took the initiative & contacted me, urging me to contact the GP surgery to verify that the discharge documents were received & that my mum's doctor could urgently authorise the preparation of additional packs. The family was not expecting the packs for at least the next couple of days. We were astonished to receive the packs the same day the request was sent to the pharmacist. This ensures that mum has a supply of meds during the Christmas & Bank Holiday. I'm certain it involved the pharmacist staying back after work to prepare the packs. I cannot thank them enough for their selfless act. SP

If your looking for a decent chemist look no further than Upper Tulse Hill, the pharmacist is absolutely brilliant nothing is to much trouble, I recommend them to everyone I know and I should know I've been going to him for years, I definately wouldn't go anywhere else.
