Every month the same thing happens I get 4 emails in one go to says order my repeats, I order them, email back with order number. Three days later the same thing again 4 more emails saying order, I do get email back etc. Then three days later the same thing again. by the time I do finally get my medications in stead of every 28 days it ends up a week late and after a few months it makes me way behind. I started ordering it myself on line because I had a problem when Boots ordered it but I still can't get it on time. system is just useless. I am not the only one having a problem I hear other people in the queue having a problem.
