This chemist is very local to me and I have mine and my elderly mothers medications delivered , the chemist and all staff are always busy I know and we have to wait our time. In the que for deliveries , the staff are always helpful and the delivery drivers are a credit to the chemist ,and at these complicated times and throughout covid ,I think they do a fantastic job under such stress , Could you do it ? I know I couldn’t I think it’s amazing how they don’t have a picking machine like broadway chemist do ,and Johns do it all manually !!! Well done to you all your angels doing such a stressful job keep up all your good work , Not all of us complain ??????????

My husband and I moved from one GP Practice to another one, and thought to move to a new independent chemist at the same time. We were struggling with the continuous stress and angst every month, (just didn't know what to do about it). What a shame we waited so long, we could of been benefiting from their fantastic service, care and attention to detail, years ago. In fact, everything and anything to help their customers/patients feel they were the only ones being attended to, nothing is too much trouble. When we make a request, we are often told our prescriptions will be ready in xx number of days. Then we are pleasantly surprised when they are delivered the following day. Who could ask for anything more. We are so thankful for all the staff at John's and grateful for their dedication to their profession. It is not just a job, they really do care about the individual. We highly recommend John's Chemist/Pharmacy. A sincere Thank you to all of your staff. You are all very special people.
