I m a diabetic and high blood pressure. I been using various pharmacies locally but this one is really friendly with personal and knowledgeable staff. The pharmacist is a great guy, he always helps. Sometimes they need to order some medicine and they always call when is ready to collect. It’s a network of few local pharmacies but the pharmacist makes it the best to deal with.

My husband and I regularly use Shore Pharmacy in Russell Lane. We are very happy that the present pharmacist has been dispensing for a good while here.(apologies for not knowing their name). They are very efficient and they immediately recognise us when we pick up prescriptions. Any problems we might have they sort out and if items are not in stock, they manage to order or obtain from sister pharmacy in the vicinity. A very pleasant person who tries to get to know their clientele. There have been many changes in pharmacists here, which to us, was rather disturbing. Now we have someone who knows their job,and has helped us when we`ve really needed kindly advice and assistance. My husband is recovering from a urinary tract operation and has needed supplies on a consistent basis. Excellent service with a smile! Oh yes and team work at this pharmacy is working well. All staff very pleasant. Please consider keeping the present pharmacist. They're to be commended for their work here. Thank you for reading this.
