Had no problems so far..

Cant fault the guy on the Travel vaccination clinic . Excellent service and really cared . He stayed over for me after closing as the train was running late and I was coming from York .he gave me directions because he knew I wasn't sure where i was going.As soon as I had arrived I was in a bit of a panic and he got me some water and said it was all ok.He booked both my next vaccines in no problem ,he even went out of his way to come back for just my vaccination as there were no others in for their vaccines . What amazing service .I would highly recommend the guy from the travel clinic to do.my vaccines any day ! I have now got back from my holiday and can't thank him enough for making sure I was safe . I too had issues with two previous chemists never having my prescription ready or in stock, they would blame my GP practice each time. I changed to Kays and never once had any issues. Friendly, helpful informative staff always ready to give you advice.I order my monthly prescription via my GP APP it is there waiting for collection when i call in 2 days later. I get my flu jab here which saves me a journey to my GP. Personally i think these small independant chemists have a more hands on personal touch with its customers :)
