I have been advised by my Surgery that I can call tesco's Pharmacy and order my prescriptionover the phone, very helpful I thought as I work fulltime and this saves me having to go to GP Surgery. However they never answer the phone. With it coming up to Christmas i thought Id better order as advised I dont want to run out of medicatoion and inhalers (very important) This systom is not working. Im at work trying to sort something out. Called GP in a que of 7 people. Surely there is a better way of managing this problem. I understand everone is busy but this could potentualy leave me at risk if i dont get my prescription. Get your act together Tesco pharmacy.
