Sudden closure of Ayres road left me so worried. Ran out of my medication tried ringing surgery .. left hanging on phones for 20-30 minutes. Went down to the building and no one would help. Queues for receptionists were too long.I went downstairs to pharmacy and girls could see i was anxious and they took my details and posted request for me...One of the staff delivered it too.I was so grateful as i was very upset the surgery .had closed down. Thank you to staff. First time I have used this pharmacy . staff very very kind.

I visited this pharmacy last Thursday and I wanted to get repeat rx for my husband. The stafff were very professional and they took time to explain about the meds My husband was getting confused about the meds and they took their time and explained to him about each med when to take it ,side effects ,etc The girls were very caring and they even rang the next day to see how he was doing. I was very impressed with their service and will definitely be using this chemist again
