I add my poor review to the many I have read for years .Unhelpful staff . Said the driver couldn’t find my house for delivery . They phoned a number from 8 years ago saying they didn’t have another number for me, yet they texted me the day before to say prescription was ready, so they had a number. They advertise free delivery . I have Covid . I will be leaving this company. I suggest they read the poor reviews.

I've never left a bad review of any business before but feel compelled to here. Unbelievably rude, unhelpful, condescending counter staff. After this prescription I will be redirecting prescriptions and everything else to Boots in Nailsea.
