Wish I could give 0 stars. Pharmacist was rude and very unhelpful. Continuously spoke over me when I was trying to explain my symptoms, even raising her voice to me when I challenged her about information presented both on Boots website and from another pharmacist. Vindictive woman who has no place in a profession that requires her to help and speak to the general public. Left the pharmacy and tried an alternative Boots chemist where I received advice and treatment there and then. Will not be going back and will be taking my complaint a lot further.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Tried everything they asked in order to get emergency cancer treatment drugs that I needed. Obstructive, unhelpful and actually almost vindictive in attitude when challenged. Deliberately put up obstacles in order not to help. Walked around the corner to Tomlinsons and was sorted in three minutes. Pharmacy needs closing.
