Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

The entire staff are always so caring and friendly. I am virtually housebound but they are prompt with delivery of my life packs.The Pharmacist has an amazing depth of knowledge and if I have other minor complaints I always turn to him first. Best chemist I've ever used, nothing is to much trouble. All the staff let you know all services available to you, bend over backwards to get prescriptions to you. My daughter has prescription milk and it's been no trouble to them chasing it when the delivery leaves it behind. They contact other shops to locate some near by and have it driven over. The pharmacist attended to my needs in
an efficient manner , she is a regular on weds Doing my bp and referring me to the GP for appropriate treatment quite quickly allowed me to take control of my health and well being .Basically she saved my life my bp was rocket high.
