Cooks pharmacy is my chosen location to collect my monthly medication. The Pharmacist is professional, always friendly and always gives helpful advice. I always leave with a smile. Great team, Lisa the pharmacist is my absolute favourite. Five Stars deserved.

The service at Cooks is absolutley professional, friendly and always a good experience. I suffer from minor aliments of which are mostly heriditary but I was disgnosed with high Diabetes type 2 which was apparently venturing into the 'Danger Zone'. I take medication and through diet and excercise things are now under control. The reason that I mention this is because the head of the pharmacy advised me to see my Doctor as soon as posible after chatting to her regarding my state of health. If it was not for her I may well of suffered something extremely serious as a result of my Diabetes situation. Also she some years ago advised me to see my Doctor based on the fact that she thought that I may have high Cholestral. She was spot on as the reading was once again within the danger zone and I was informed that I was likely to have a stroke or heart attack should my condition worsen. Through medication and diet this condition is now under control. Obviously I am so grateful to her and her staff. When visiting the Pharmacy nothing appears to be too much trouble and am always greeted with a smile. Excellent all round service. I have always highly recommended this Pharmacy............and always will.
