I have used this service for years, with very little problems, the staff were always friendly and helpful. I can actually say it was a pleasant experience, but times change. As I work full time nowhere near where I live I rely heavily on the repeat service for drugs that keep me mobile. It also means I can only collect on a Saturday. When you order in good time, you don't expect a problem. Not only is it a problem, it's a nightmare (as if life isn't stressful enough). This Saturday was the worst, the prescription wasn't done, but I knew via Patient Access it was issued by the doctors on Thursday, The doctors were blamed, I had pieces of paper waved at me as if that was an explanation, I was talked to as if I was stupid (remember I'm a long standing customer that's been using this service for years). I'd suggest some interpersonal skills training be applied, and some lessons on how to smile. In the meantime if I can get through to the doctors I'll be changing services. Shame it was a nice place to go.
