I was waiting outside the store, for it to open, with a gathering of other shoppers, a week ago. Two minutes after the advertised time, of 9am, it was unlocked (not 8.30am, as shown online). Several staff had far more interest, on the make-up aisles, in discussing their nights out, over the weekend, with one another, together with gestures and swearing, than helping customers to locate items. They did not notice two of us waiting, or were ignoring us, until I said, 'excuse me, do you have any ..?' The store felt poorly run and I won't give it another chance. There is a better pharmacy store, in the same covered precinct.
