Each time I go to pick up my prescription I wait in long queue then told not ready to come back in 30 or 45 mins even though they have received my prescription about 4 days previous . Sometimes been told not there and have to confirm next day that the prescription was sent. Terrible service.

Why was my review been taken off? I have been phoning pharmacy for nearly 2 hours and nobody answering also my doctor has tried and like me has been cut off. I have been trying to get a urgent prescription was told on Sunday that it wasn't there and again today even though my doctor has confirmed it was sent a week ago. This is the last straw I will now be changing my pharmacy where people know what they are doing. In the past my son was given strong medication and instead of 5mg twice a day was given 15mg twice a day luckily noticed the error even though they are supposed to double check. I hear a lot of people complaining but nothing is done. Print this review please
