I have used this pharmacy for 3 or 4 years now and been very satisfied but for the last year or so there have been problems with every repeat prescription. I have been left without my medication several times. If I phone and say you haven’ t delivered so I’ ll come in to pick it up they say no it’s out in the van. Then it doesn’t arrive so I go in and pick it up .. then I get a second lot delivered that I have to return. This has happened every time this last year

I have nothing but problems with this chemist they say they deliver my medication but never comes other day doctor put an urgent prescription in for me it was supposed to be delivered that night never came so rang said they had it and deliver the next day so said I would pick it up so said it was ready for me so next day went in the assistant argued the toss with me they not got it and can't get it chemist man came in and their it was waiting for me they doing this too often with me I'm thinking of changing chemist now and it's happened again tonight no medication
