Laura, is the most organised, compassionate and caring person which is just what u need when you have several illnesses and lots of medications, as I don’t live in Northampton I had a paper script to get on the date due one essential tablet they didn’t have, however she promised if she ordered it then it would b delivered in the afternoon but as I was quite upset feeling unwell she said if u wish I will drop it to u on the way home if you can wait till then, I felt she had already gone above and beyond for me so insisted she didn’t make her day longer. She really is an asset to boots pharmacy with such a welcoming smile and someone you don’t mind telling what’s your illnesses as u can tell she doesn’t judge with the strong pain killers I am on as I have to be not through choice.
