The pharmacist in this chemist is amazing, all staff very help full. I had an issue with an insect bite that was infected. Got sorted straight away.

I was on a motorcycle trip to Wales and ran out of my blood pressure medication. The pharmacies in Wales were very unhelpful and refused to issue me an emergency prescription because they could not access my NHS England record (even though I had the empty medication box with my name and dosage). I began to get a bad pressure headache after a couple of days and, in desperation, I rode over the Prince of Wales Bridge across the Severn Rover, looking for the first pharmacy on the English side, which turned out to be in Avonmouth. The pharmacist was really helpful. He had me call my GP, who sent them a repeat prescription in a few minutes, and took my blood pressure three times. It was dangerously high, so he had me take the medication with a lot of fluids and give me very helpful advice. I rode back to my friend's house in Usk (Wales) and by the time I had got there and check my blood pressure, it was back to normal. A big shout out to Avonmouth Pharmacy for looking out for people!
