A staff member was brilliant at ensuring meds arrived in time for patient's holiday. She went over and above the call of duty and put herself out. She showed herself to be a caring, conscientious and professional person who put the patient first. I can only say that if her professionalism and empathy reflect that of her colleagues, then this is the pharmacy of choice in the Ashington area.

I have used the pharmacy for more than 3 years - my husband was terminally ill and this pharmacy couldn't do more to help him - especially when he needed medication in a hurry - they were obviously a good team - courteous and sensitive in a very stressful situation
