I visited this pharmacy to have my monthly prescription dispensed. It was 17:30. To my pleasant surprise, all the items on my prescription were in stock. The staff were courteous and friendly. The service was also speedy - I left with my prescription at 17:40.

The pharmacist, should have been a doctor. I am a regular at Well and I went in feeling drunk and not well, I am a diabetic and did my blood glucose before leaving home, a 15 (I think) on my meter. No appointments available at my doctors, so I went to the pharmacy, I was taken in the room. They took me through my medical history, although I made no sense but in the end managed to tell them my reading. The pharmacist asked to be excused, very polite person, and phoned my GP, I was asked to go over the road, offered an escort their but decided. I got in front of a GP in ten minutes and was taken to A&E for assessment. The pharmacist saved my life that day and I am grateful to the end of my days for it. Thank you. If you have a problem go their, it may just save your life.

Today is the second time I have used this particular pharmacy in the past few years and I have so say I am highly impressed with a certain staff member for not only their efficiency, but the level of knowledge, attentiveness, and professionalism I've been shown on both occasions. Going anywhere that involves any form of medication has always been a drag for me, but thanks to the pharmacy a few streets away, I have a place I know I can go to discuss any queries I may have in regards to mine and my family's health and will receive top class information along with the satisfaction that zero judgement will be made. I am almost shocked with the level of clientele I have received and would recommend even traveling out of your way to receive care and information from such wise, friendly and assertive individuals.
