Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and have always received excellent service. There have been some changes since it changed from co-op but the service has not suffered. Myself & my husband both require a lot of medication and we would be in a mess without the help we get. The lovely lady who arranges our medication is a credit to the company. She fixes any problems quickly and makes me feel that she genuinely cares. I have my medications delivered by a lady driver who is fantastic and always brightens my day. I don’t get out much nowadays but when I have been in to the shop recently for my flu jab I was very impressed with it. It was very busy and all the ladies were rushing around but they were friendly & courteous even to an angry rude man.
