Went to the pharmacy at Angel Islington…2 people behind the counter…completely ignored me and carried on with their computers…bit of walking around and I understand pharmacies are busy but never acknowledged me for a good ten minutes…I was even unsure which counter to queue..when I asked the girl just pointed a finger in the direction of the next counter and didn’t even look up…I waited patiently at the other counter for another few minutes then asked the woman who was also head down on her computer if there was anyone to serve me, she was very abrupt and just mumbled about we are extremely busy….i get that but some verbal communication and eye contact would have been nice particularly when you’re not feeling well. Left in a huff and went to a local chemist who greeted me and got my prescription in a few minutes. Will never use that pharmacy again..they’re rude!

I went to the lancome counter where i knew exactly what i wanted and the girl on the other side of the counter selling clarins refused to serve me as it wasn't her side of the counter. She told me to wait for the lancome assistant to come back in half an hour. I was disgusted and caused a fuss until she served me. I asked her name and asked to speak ho the store manager. I told him all about Jess and he said she'd been there 2 weeks. I don't think she will last 2 more weeks with that attitude.
