Have switched here as moved house. Never have I had an issue like this before. Order my repeats well in advance, queue to collect only to be told it’s in stock but I can’t have it until tomorrow. Go back the next day, Friday, to be told Monday, then Monday told it’s not in stock and come back Tuesday!!! Shocking service and with important medication. Next prescription is definitely being ordered elsewhere before I actually get poorly.

Rowland's Pharmacy has got to be the worst I have ever came across for making People wait for their Prescription every time I go its it will be at least 20 mins witch is always a lot longer,Now that we have this Corona Virus its 10 times worse with Queues right round the car park some people could hardly stand up they were so frail,I know we have a big Problem with the way things are at the moment but surly someone could take charge of things and get things moving People with cars could help with getting prescriptions that are retired to they could do this Voluntary just to take the pressure away from the Pharmacy something must be done before old people die in the street.
