I visited this pharmacy on a Friday afternoon. I handed my mother-in-laws prescription to a member of staff who said they would check they had all items in stock. 10 minutes later they finally came back to say yes they did and the prescription would be ready in 15/20 minutes. So I went off to do my shopping. I returned an hour later to find my prescription had not been completed and the pharmacist was giving flu injections!!! I then had to wait a further 15 minutes until it was signed off. I made my feelings very clear to the pharmacy assistant who did try to get the pharmacist to complete this in between flu injections. However they told the pharmacist I was getting stroppy!!! But when I challenged them about that they denied saying it. However was it any wonder I was getting stroppy?? Absolutely disgusted at the appalling service from this pharmacy and won't be using it again.
