For several years my mother has received a repeat prescription every month. We just went in and picked it up. Recently the dosage was changed and now the problems have started. We have been told by the pharmacy staff that they will no longer contacts our GP to confirm repeat prescriptions. My mother is now meant to do it herself every month. Her GP says this is false and they have in fact sent prescription orders through twice but the pharmacy denies this. Even your website and app state that the pharmacy will confirm repeat prescriptions with the GP so why are the staff at Harpurhey refusing do they want to loose business?
