Went into the store with my baby to pick up some antibiotics. My baby was being very fussy attempting to grab a product off the shelf. I passed her the product and after afew seconds I placed it back. As he handed me the antibiotics he then tried to accuse me of theft. I told him plain and simple to check the pushchair as I have nothing to hide. He checked the cameras and realised that I didn't steal anything but instead of apologising to me like a normal person would he then acted like I was attempting to do something bad. Infront of many customers aswell all of which took my side on the matter. He was terribly rude and didn't want to admit he was wrong and apologise. Never going back again.

I went to this pharmacy to get my Covid 19 and flue jab done. I live in Alvaston so this pharmacy was the closest one to me that did the injection. Firstly, I got there and they were playing horrendously loud music in the opticians so not a calming environment for patients at all. Then they invited me in and they told me I could not have my flue jab done there without giving a reason even though this had been listed on the appointment booking website.They then did not tell me which type of Covid jab they were giving me fizer or asterazenica. They then gave me the opportunity to have my ear wax cleaned which was sprung on me and surprised me as it was not part of my original booking. They said they needed to prepare my ears so they sloshed water all over me abd then asked me to get £60.00 cash out of a machine down the road which I think is a bit dodgy. They then did the suction ear wax removal and it really hurt me to the point I was in tears. I have never had ear wax removal that hurt before. They then advised me to use olive oil after the procedure. Usually you use it for 5 days before to soften the wax. I wish I had said no to the removal but I was surprised so I just agreed to it. My right ear still really hurts today and it is a day later. He said it was an invasive procedure and that's why it hurt but if it's done properly it shouldn't hurt. Awful pharmacy I will not go back there again. Cash in hand? Dodgy dealings going on there I think. Will avoid on future.

Absolutely disgusting pharmacy! Always getting medication is wrong never delivering medication is very very rude staff. They don’t have patient’s best interest at heart I am fully disabled I meant to get deliveries and they just always leave it and get it wrong and then always put the blame and then just keep hanging up the phone.absolutely disgusting they deal with patients with life threatening illness and go home peacefully. Mess with peoples mental health leave people in pain . If this was their family or friends as I know personally they help them out even illegally but I think this is absolutely terrible customer service and can be very life-threatening these people do not care. There should be something that could be done about this but the manager is just as bad.
