I would not give any stars if I had the option!! Extremely bad service, I have a repeated prescription with them and they always make me struggle to get the right medication at the right time. They keep giving me the medicines that I still have and forget the ones that run out. They do not check their systems and they seem to have mis-connections with the GP practice next to them!! Very inconvenient service and poorly trained staff and pharmacists

I have been with two boots pharmacy’s for home delivery, I have found both stores to be rude, unhelpful and can not get me my medication on time. They put in my prescription with the doctors at their premises which is attached to the doctors. As I can not put in my prescription with the doctors directly, being house bound. I call the pharmacy and they do it on my behalf. I have been without my heart medication several times, three of these times I have ended up in hospital a&e due to not taking my meds. I continuously chase up with the chemist to no joy, being a 86 year old lady on life depending medication I expect to receive on time & not have to wait almost two weeks without delivery. I am appalled at this service. I’d advise people not to risk their loved ones life by putting their medication in boots control.
