Pharmacy has been short staffed lately but I have always found them to be very helpful and I have used the same pharmacy for the past 22 years. The shop is well-stocked and the pharmacy works well with Southam Stowe Drive Surgery. It is a shame to see bad reviews as I always find that the staff work well in difficult circumstances. Many times they have really gone the extra mile to help. It is a pharmacy as well as a shop and if there is a wait it is because they are making sure that prescriptions are accurate and safe. Putting pressure on staff to rush could result in the wrong medication or label. | |||||||

Staff always stood about talking when there is a shop full of people need serving. After my prescription had been at the pharmacy 2 days I went to collect it only to be told it wasn't ready and it would be 10 minutes at least... There were twelve people waiting to be served and I only saw 1 person delt with while I was in the shop. After standing for 10 minutes I gave up....Terrible service... | |||||||
