I called the store today to ask if they stocked nipple shields as i am breastfeeding my week old son and i am experiencing so much pain. I am already feeling stressed and did not expect to have to ring this store four times to try and get a result of my enquiry. The first call i made ended with me being cut off. The second call i was told someone would go check if this was stocked instore, then i was cut off. The third call i made was answered and i asked has someone gone to check for this stock as you had said? only to be told do you want me to go and check for you? I said you told me someone had already gone to check!!! obviously not. I was then asked to call back a fourth time as the customer assistant said they would go them-self and check. I rang back a fourth time only to be told by the same person that they couldn't leave thei area as the assistant was on their own. Great service, not. Considering tesco are supposed to pride themselves on great customer service this is just appalling in my view. I shall not be shopping in tesco in the future as a result of this.
