Excellent service which other pharmacy chains could take note of (Boots certainly who could not be bothered). A member of staff went out of their way to help source an item which had become out of stock. The member o did her best to find it and kept us informed when her efforts came to nothing. We are not regular users of this pharmacy as we don't have regular prescriptions for chronic conditions therefore her quality of service was much appreciated. We went back to the GP and got a substitute which was dispensed in minutes. This branch and it's staff are certainly a credit to Lloyds Pharmacies.
