Boots Pharmacy at Kingsway Derby, have been looking after my repeat prescriptions via my Doctors Surgery for several years, when I went to collect my script after receiving their text was told that there was a problem with one of my tablets and would keep trying for me as i had a weeks supply, when these ran out I was then told to go to my Doctors for a replacement tablet, to which I did, but new script was not suitable for me, as my Doctor feared. I then thought this morning that I would ask at Tesco Pharmacy whilst there shopping. They were extremely helpful and rang their supplier who said they could supply my usual medication so was instructed to get in touch with my Doctors Surgery for a prescription, to which I did and received this afternoon and took into Tesco Pharmacy to which they had remembered me and will ring as soon as they receive these. I was very pleased with the service I received at Tesco Pharmacy and may try and switch my pharmacy in the near future. I thank all the Staff involved for such good customer service
