I went to the pharmacy to obtain advice regarding a rash on my 10yr old sons face. After filling in the minor ailments form the assistant asked what the problem was. I said about the rash on my son's face. The assistant looked back to the pharmacist, and assistant and said we don't give anything for rash do we. The two at the back agreed saying no, no nothing. That was the end of the consultation. We spoke more to the assistant then the pharmacist. No questions was asked about how long, what had we tried, nothing. They didn't even have the courtesy to come over and look. Many conditions show up in rashes and some can be very dangerous but they wouldn't know if it came under this category as they couldn't be bothered to find out. We were given no advice or guidance. I would never use this pharmacy again for anything. Find another pharmacy if you need advice or ask yourself as you will get a better response.
