I use this Pharmacy almost every week for something, and today as in the last 4 or 5 visits when I pay I'm told they have no pennies in the till. Well, this is not the customers problem especially as there is a Post Office next door! This is a nice little earner over the course of a few months for them if every cash transaction is gaining a penny in the till. We should at least be offered 2p, 5p as I'm sure the profit/mark up can stand it. The fault is with the Management. I will make sure in future I pay by card, if I return!!

Used to be absolutely amazing when the gentlemen owner was there , There’s a woman in there with a blonde bob who’s an absolute disgrace. Asking personal information by shouting across the room. Tutting and sighing when having to do her job ( get your prescription). They all always look miserable. Always lose prescriptions saying they haven’t received them. I had to go without medication for 3 weeks waiting on them which was terrible, I could hardly function. After losing prescription offer to give you emergency medication so that when your actually meant to get your medication you can’t because you owe them that medication from before so either way your just losing out

Absolutely awful pharmacy, with staff who do not have a clue what they are doing at all. They frequently lose prescriptions, claim they do not have them and make you order from the GP again Occasionally these supposedly lost prescriptions turn up, as they were there all the time! Staff are unknowledgable, rude and do not pay attention. They act as though they are doing you a favour by giving you your medications. They start to serve you then wander off and serve other people, eventually returning to you and rudely ask what are you waiting for?? People end up waiting around for ages. Visably everyone is not happy, people walk out. Generally a complete disorganised mess.
