March 2023 - There is a lady Pharmacist in charge who is lovely as are the rest of the staff (all were female on my visit). They were very friendly, efficient and a pleasure. This is a very busy pharmacy but they were quick serving.
The pharmacy was clean and well stocked.

Ignorant old man is the pharmacist who literally hides at the back of the pokey little shop after he's been rude for the umpteenth time too cowardly to take responsibility for his mistakes and rudeness. I hope for the community this business collapses and we can have a decent pharmacy operator take it over. Waste of time taking to their office in Runcorn, full of disdain and northern 'abruptness'. Avoid until the NHS deal with it.

What happened to the nice pharmacist?!!? Over the last 18 months the current pharmacist has got progressively ruder each time he interacts with you. And he’s patronising. I ho I ho it’s off to Boots pharmacy I go (well, the family me and my next door neighbours). PS the other review on here, ‘Jayne’. Would it be the same one who works there perhaps.
