I was really struggling with an ear infection, I rang my doctors and wasn't able to get an appointment. I noticed the Chemist next door to where I work was advertising Pharmacy First, saying its a service incorporated with the GP's and even if you needed anti-biotics they could prescribed them. I went in and enquired, I was told if you want to wait a few minutes the Pharmacist would be with me.. I only waited a few minutes and was taken into a side room where I was asked a few questions. The Pharmacist was very professional he looked in my ear and said I had an ear infection and would need some anti-biotics. He said he would contact my doctor to get a prescription sent over. I went back after work at 5pm and was able to collect my prescription. The Pharmacist asked me to go back in 5 days. Ive been back today and all is well, my ear infection as completely gone.. Im so grateful for the Pharmacist seeing me, in my opinion he is as good as any doctor! Thank you

Excellent service, could not do enough for me, I returned today and he said it was getting better and to go back again on Friday, the pharmacist went out of his way to help me, when I couldn’t get into see my own doctor. I will be recommending him and his pharmacy to my family and friends
