We are very quick to criticise and very slow to praise so I felt the following needed to said. Following the recent change in the provision and dispensing of prescriptions my father who is 95 years old was confused about what to do to receive his medication. Once I had identified the process I ordered the medication and found that the prescription had been issued to Pharmacy World, Roseworth. However this was at about 4.45pm and the shop closes at 5pm. I had been liaising with a member of staff who exudes customer service professionalism and on calling the pharmacy to confirm that the prescription was there, advised that I would leave my home and come and collect the script as my father had used his last tablet the day before. I asked if they could wait a few minutes if I did not make it by 5pm. I did not get there through there traffic until 5.04pm but the staff were waiting and I was able to obtain the medication for my father. All I can say is Thank You once again, it is much appreciated.
