This is now probably the worst pharmacy ever.The store has long queues of people unable to actually collect prescriptions. They are telling users that it is NHS guidance to have to wait a minimum of 7 days before being able to pick up their meds. 15 days ago I requested the repeat prescription that my doctor had signed off and sent through on the NHS App. I was told by the assistant it would be at least seven days, my partner called in yesterday after 13 days, the prescription had not been processed, they handed it to her to give back to me because they said they would not be able to do it for a few more days. I took it to Boots, it was dealt with immediately. Interestingly the pharmacy assistant there said they had been inundated with unfulfilled prescription from Knights (now rather amusingly a Care Pharmacy). This pharmacy is not fit for purpose and in fact for some users a threat to their health and wellbeing! If there was an effective regulatory body it would be closed immediately until such time that it could show that it could provide a safe and effective service.

This place (Rugby) has gone downhill over the past year.. For the past few days they have not even had anyone to dispense prescriptions... Ive not taken my medication for 5 days now as i can get it. what a joke this place has become. Ill be changing to somewhere else , shame as i`ve used them for years.

Many years with this pharmacy, under different ownership, I have had excellent service. I am an old disabled person, very difficult to leave home and totally reliant on telephone repeat prescriptions with rapid delivery by Knights. Late last year they were not taking phone calls with their telephone system quite rudely closing the call. Good way for a business to make money and encourage customers. Now it is impossible to ring them. Always engaged, no queuing system. Dreadful as well as dangerous for the many in similar situation to me. I am told by people that still visit, the queues are impossible and the telephone rings in the background with no one answering. Outrageous behaviour for a pharmacy who should be providing a life saving service for those in need. Where are the Regulators?
