Repeat prescription for 2 items. Got 1 and an owe me slip for the other. Went back a week later to be told it has already been claimed. There is nothing on the system. What… Joe Bloggs has claimed it, no… the NHS have claimed the items. So you’re being paid for items that I haven’t received. Told to call on Monday as different people are on and might know more about where me item is. If not get another prescription from the doctors… and they’re going to be happy giving me another one, when the previous ones been apparently collected. They have taken on more than they can handle, always owing items because I deal with my parents prescriptions too. Need to find another chemist that is reliable. Unfortunately, Sainsbury’s were great, but have shut down.
