The staff at the pharmacy are very helpful and friendly. The pharmacists are helpful, informative, friendly and supportive when dealing with questions about medicines. They also deliver medicines to patients on time and m y experience has been a positive one. Highly recommended.

This pharmacy has severe my family for many many years they provide an inclusive service and always take care of each person individual needs . The staff have on many occasions gone out of there way to support medical needs which have often been unexpected they provide a home delivery service my father medication on a month basics clearly outlined the doesage - they will always communicate with the individual if anything is pending on order over all would without a doubt recommend they services

I've been coming to this pharmacy since I was a teenager (11 years), both to collect medication for my self and my family and every single time, the girls have never failed to deliver. They deserve 5 stars every day for their respect, mannerism and etiquette with their customers or respective patients. But the reason for this review is different. On very short notice i found out that my mother was travelling abroad for a few months. I rang my local GP who advised all prescriptions where upto date and ready to collect from the chemist. When i got there a member of staff straight away identified that the medication was incorrect and advised how the issue could be resolved. As my mother has many illnesses it was absolutely critical to ensure the medication was sorted correctly. Another member of staff was very clear and concise with her information. She was very considerate about mums circumstances and ensured everything was clearly labelled. Last but not least the pharmacist at the chemist gave me a list of things to do to ensure minimum disruption in mums medicine. From a customer perspective the Chemist spent a ridiculous amount of time ensuring quality of service which really felt personalised. This type of service isnt something i see frequently anymore and cannot thank the team at the chemist enough for their dedication and commitment ensuring my mother would be correctly catered for medically, on her trip. An outstanding experience. I am very grateful.
