I would have expected Boots to be first-class but this is really poor. The queuing system is random; there are usually at least 4 people behind the counter being very busy but not serving customers; and I have waited 45 minutes for my medicines in the past (there's a screen between the counter and waiting area, so you're easily forgotten about). Avoid if possible and use other pharmacies.
